I purchased a safe for my home and it was ordered and received just as they said. Install was quick and they were both very careful to protect my floors and door facings etc. they explained everything to me very carefully! I am totally happy with my safe from Lock It Up Safe Co.

Always Buy Local

I was contemplating buying a safe at academy when I asked a gun store who they recommended. They of course said Lock It Up Safes in Edmond, Oklahoma. I called and asked questions. The person I was talking to was Kent or Sam but either way he made the process of buying one easy. After the phone call I decided to make the drive and purchase one, maybe was in there for less then 20 minutes. I also paid for delivery and bolt down. The safe was brought to my home and I was taught how to change my passcode if I ever needed too. The customer service was great and always buy local.

I enjoyed that you do your best to provide most of your products are made in the USA or at least in North America. You demonstrated the different style of products you had on hand and how each operated so we could make the best decision for our requirements, The product we purchased has made us feel more secure protecting our family valuables. It shows your professionalism in the delivery equipment to ensure you do not damage the product and transporting it to my desired location with little effort. Outstanding selection and installation

Lock it up safes not only has a great selection of safes, to include exactly what I wanted, but their installation was exactly what they promised-less than 45 minutes! Their prices are competitive, and their willingness to work with the customer is outstanding.

The purchase at Lock It Up Safes was easy since they had their inventory already online for my perusal. After a phone call conversation to discuss prices and the in person visit to see the product in person I purchased it same day. In spite of the polar vortex and icy road conditions the delivery was made as promised and installation was flawless. I highly recommend Lock It Up Safes in Edmond.

Epitome of Retail Sales and Service!

Found “Lock it up Safes” through on-line search as I needed another safe for our home. (Like many people, I went too small on the first safe I purchased years ago! As a buying tip, consider buying the proper size the first time even if it costs more!) Anyway, wife and I visited their store and spoke with them about our needs. There is NO pressure whatsoever, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about safes in general, and specifically about their products. They seem to have a solution for all needs both large and small that will fit most budgets.

I also needed delivery of my Safe Guard GR30E plus relocating my original safe to another part of house. Once the date/time was confirmed with Stephen, Kent and Sam showed up on time and were complete professionals in every regard and so careful not to ding anything in your home or the new safe. They were not only professional, but friendly and informative about the setup. I tried to offer them some extra money on top of delivery charges but they refused the offer! Kent said, “How about just a handshake”?! Wow!! I was blown away by the overall service!

I’m retired Federal LEO and I am usually very hard to impress or feel confident in people or their “claims” of customer service, etc. This place actually stands by their word and commitment to customer service. I highly recommend “Lock it up Safes” to anyone for your secure storage needs. Thanks again Stephen and the entire staff for the great service and product! We love our new Safe Guard GR30E and it even looks awesome in granite color in our home!!

From the minute my husband and I walked into the store all the way to the minute they installed our safe, Lock It Up Safe Company has been EXCELLENT!! They went above and beyond to help us pick the right safe, get it to us and install it! They are VERY knowledgeable about all things safe related and their customer service is AMAZING!! When dealing with the big box stores it was like pulling teeth to get information about a safe we were interested in, then we walked into Lock It Up and they were nice, knowledgeable and so very helpful in the process of finding the right safe for us! Great experience, the staff was knowledgeable and sold me exactly what I was looking for. There was no feeling of up selling me something I didn’t need, they stayed within my budget and helped me get the best product for the money.

The install was fast and painless, it was obvious they knew what they were doing. Everyone is friendly and happy to be of service, I highly recommend them. 5 stars.

Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable. There wasn’t a question they couldn’t answer. Large inventory in store. Great price on products and installation. Install team was professional and squeazed the safe right into place with no trouble. Quickly bolted it down and helped me change the combination. Highly recommend this local company.

Perfect fast service

I called lock it up safes after my movers couldn’t move my safe and they were there the next morning and moved my safe to my daughter in law’s house and i’ll be using them again to move it into my new house. Best service and very knowledgeable staff

Was looking for a safe to store belongings in and started an e-mail conversation with Stephen, I actually went to the store that evening and Stephen talked to me about all the different pros and cons of my options. I ended up getting exactly what I needed, and had it delivered by one of the best delivery teams I have ever dealt with, they were both very careful in my residents and took extra steps to make sure the delivery was done neatly and without issue. I will visit Lock it Up Safe in the future when I am in the need for more products. No pressure sales very knowledgeable staff along with guiding every step of the way.

Amazing company with amazing products

I got referred here by a buddy that had recently bought a safe from lock it up. He told me they had killer deals and would even deliver it for you. When I got there everyone was extremely helpful and professional. More important they didn’t really try to sell me anything rather than figure out which one of their products would best fit my needs and solve my problems. Everyone really seemed to have a servants heart. And on top of that, the prices were amazing! They came out and delivered it to my house, set it up for me, and even hooked up the lights and motion sensor for me. Overall I don’t think I could have had a better experience anywhere else. Would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to visit them. You won’t regret it.

The staff at Lockitup knows their safes and sell for a reasonable price. They deliver it over 100 miles for me and was on time, excellent communication and perfect installation no hiccups. Highly recommend doing business with them!

The review they deserve!

Ok so I’m slow at getting this review done but I didn’t want these guys to not get the excellent review they deserve. I hired them to move a safe for me 9/25/22. H&H had initially agreed they could move it and then wouldn’t answer or return my calls. We closed a week early on a new house and had limited time to get this safe moved. Lock it Up Safes moved my safe on short notice and even did it on a Sunday. Flawless service, incredibly nice and considerate of my safe and house they delivered to. They even wiped the safe down before bringing it inside. A++++ service. Thanks guys for taking care of us.

Dependable and Trustworthy Business

When we were preparing for a garage floor renovation project, we called Lock It Up. They gave us a reasonable price to unbolt my gun safe, remove it from the garage, store it at their location and return and install it a week later. That is exactly what happened and more. While they had the safe, they cleaned up some rust that had occurred from moisture on the floor over time. When they returned the safe, they made sure they were extremely careful on the new floor surface and when putting it in place they used sliders to protect the floor. They also placed rubber strips under the safe to allow air to dry moisture and keep the bottom from rusting again.
We are happy and satisfied customers and will be contacting Lock It Up for any future safe needs. They are friendly, courteous, dependable and trustworthy. We would recommend Lock It Up to anyone with a need involving a safe.

Excellent Customer Service

I am very pleased with the customer service from this company! I had ordered a safe just a few days before Christmas and within minutes, I had already received a tracking number for my purchase! Then when the tracking wasn’t being updated, they personally went to the post office to look into it for me! I received my safe just three days after ordering and just in time for the perfect Christmas gift!

Fast shipping I’ve seen all year from a company

I reside in Orange County, CA and randomly came across the Vauktek Smart Station safe. It was out of stock across every site I tried. I have never used Lock it up safes before but they had a waitlist so I decided to join. I was pleasantly surpirsed when I spoke with Sam and he mentioned they will get a small batch in about a week. He mentioned its first come first serve so I was looking out for it. It actually was in stock even a day early, thankfully I was on the waitlist and heard my email say it was in stock. He also offered a friendly military extra perk for me 😉 I was most impressed by the fact that I ordered on Tuesday and got the safe by Friday during the holidays. That shows pretty good intiative too me so I would reccomended this company and will certainly do business in the future with them. Thank you Sam.

What a great bunch of guys, being this is the first safe I have purchased, they educated me on fundamentals and difference in all the brands they have in stock. Never pressuring me or pushing me in any direction, they asked a lot of questions and what my wants and needs were.

We had three workers come to our house to install our safe, and they were all wonderful. We had a fairly difficult install, and they were careful, expedient, clean, and polite. They provided full service, right down to putting in the shims for us.
