Returns, Refund, and Cancellations

30 Day Window

Not Yet Delivered Safes – Full Refund or Exchange allowed (Refund will be issued to original payment method.)

Delivered Safes – If the safe has no damage, dents, or scratches we will refund the safe minus the delivery fee plus $250 – $400 (Depending on weight of safe) for the pick up of the safe if within 40 miles, outside 40 miles a $2.00 per mile(one way) charge will be incurred.

Shipped Safes – Customer is responsible for all shipping fees of returning a safe.  If the safe is damaged via the shipper please contact the shipper to file a claim with them. Safe must be inspected before any refund or exchange will be approved. We can provide photographs and videos of safe condition when it was given to shipper to aid your claim.

If Paid By Credit Card – If you paid with a credit card there will be a 3% restocking fee. As of 2023 credit card companies no longer refund credit card fees during a Refund transaction.

After 30 Day Window

Not Yet Delivered Safes – A Restocking fee of 25% of the safe price will apply. For safes held longer than 6 months a 35% restocking fee will apply. 

Delivered Safes – All Sales are final

Shipped Safes – All Sales are final
