I was contemplating buying a safe at academy when I asked a gun store who they recommended. They of course said Lock It Up Safes in Edmond, Oklahoma. I called and asked questions. The person I was talking to was Kent or Sam but either way he made the process of buying one easy. After the phone call I decided to make the drive and purchase one, maybe was in there for less then 20 minutes. I also paid for delivery and bolt down. The safe was brought to my home and I was taught how to change my passcode if I ever needed too. The customer service was great and always buy local.
